Study on Reduction of the Extractant Content in the Polyamide 6 Chip

通过研究切片的质量、萃取水的温度及浴比对聚己内酰胺切片中可萃取物含量的影响 ,探讨了己内酰胺的聚合过程中的萃取工艺 ,为提高切片质量 ,降低能耗和物耗提供可行的经验。

In this article the extraction process is discussed by studying the effect of chip quality, extraction water temperature and bath ratio, on the content of extractant during the caprolactam polymerization. Feasible experience has been obtained to improve the chip quality,and to cut energy and material consumption.
