摘要
通过对某进口悬壁式离心泵轴的强度校核和疲劳强度校核 ,论证了该泵轴断裂的真正原因是 :由于叶轮盖板不均匀腐蚀及叶轮流道内粘有介质结晶物造成转子不平衡 ,当转子的不平衡重超过允许值 ,达到 2 0kPa时 ,轴的疲劳强度不够而发生疲劳断裂。
Through inspection and calibration of the strength of the cantilever centrifugal pump shaft, it was found that the causes of shaft fracture are due to the unever corrossion of impellers and the nonbalance of rotor.
