摘要 介绍了近十年来各种组合式微电极的最新发展 ,总结了组合式微电极的类型、制作材料和方法 ,组合式微电极的性质及研究方法 ,重点介绍其应用领域。 In this paper, the progress in the development of microelectrode array during last decade is reviewed. The types, manufacturing materials and methods, characteristics and research methods are introduced, with emphasis on the application field.
