摘要
为提高镀层的热稳定性及硬度 ,研究了Ni W P非晶合金随热处理温度升高 ,其结构以及耐蚀性能的变化规律 ,并对变化的原因进行了分析。结果表明 ,镀态Ni W P合金在 30 0℃以下温度热处理后 ,仍为非晶态 ;随温度升高开始晶化 ,到 5 0 0℃晶化过程结束 ;其腐蚀速率随温度升高增大 ,于 5 0 0℃达最大值 ,而后降低。
The changes in structure and anti-corrosive ability of electro-deposited Ni-W-P amorphous alloy in heat treatments with temperature increasing were studied. In addition, the change reasons were analysed and discussed. The results show that the Ni-W-P multiple plating is still amorphous alloy when the heat treatment temperature is lower than 300℃; the plating has its crystallization change from 300℃ to 500℃; its corrosion rate increases with the temperature increasing up to 500℃, then decreases.
