摘要
由于全球竞争的加剧、市场全球化,生产全球化的发展、知识经济的兴起和信息技术的进步,企业之间的竞争越来越趋向于全球化和激烈化,促使越来越多的跨国公司的研究与开发(R&D)实行国际化战略。对跨国公司R&D组织模式的研究,对跨国公司的R&D组织模式进行分类,并对其行为定向、优势和劣势及其关键成功因素进行比较研究,会对中国的跨国公司在走向R&D国际化过程提供借鉴。
With the increasingly fierce international competition and the development of market & production globalization, especially with the rise of knowledge-based economy and information technology, there emerges an global and heated competition among all enterprises. This causes more and more MNCs to implement R&D research and development for an international strategy. This paper classifying R&D organizational models, concentrates on a comparative study of its behavioral orientation, advantages & disadvantages, and key successful factors. Such a research will benefit Chinese MNCs' R&D internationalization.
