派丽奥治疗老年牙周炎的疗效观察与分析

目的 :评价新药派丽奥作为治疗老年牙周炎的临床疗效。方法 :选择老年牙周炎患者的 4 0对病情程度基本一致的牙齿分两组观察 ,试验组牙齿洁治后用派丽奥牙周袋内上药 ,每周一次 ,共 4次。与对照组比较。结果 :派丽奥治疗老年牙周炎的疗效明显高于对照组。结论 :派丽奥能较长时间保持局部较高浓度 ,发挥其杀菌、抑菌作用 ,可作为治疗中、重度牙周炎的一种有效局部辅助用药。
