甲状腺素和胰岛素提高肿瘤细胞化疗敏感性的实验研究

The experiment of the advancing chemosensitization by triiodothyronine and insulin

目的 :研究甲状腺素和胰岛素对肿瘤细胞化疗的增敏作用。方法 :MTT比色法。结果 :①T3 作用后能提高Vp 16对PLA 80 1D的抑制率 ,T3 对DDP无增敏作用 ;②胰岛素作用后能提高Vp 16及DDP对PLA 80 1D的抑制率。结论 :甲状腺素和胰岛素有一定增敏作用。

Objective:In this study, we investigated the effects of triiodothyronine (T3) and insulin on drug sensitivity of Vp 16 and DDP to PLA 801D in vitro. Methods:MTT assay. Results:1 T3 was found to enhance significantly the anticancer activities of Vp 16, but it could not sensitize PLA 801D to DDP;2 Insulin could markedly advance the sensitivity of Vp 16 and DDP to PLA 801D.Conclusion:T3 and insulin could advance chemosensitization to some extent.
