钙粘附分子在小鼠牙胚发育中的时空表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察钙粘附分子 (cadherins)在小鼠牙胚发育表达的时空顺序及分布 ,揭示钙粘附分子对牙齿发育的形态发生和细胞分化的作用及意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法 ,观察钙粘附分子在牙胚发育的蕾状期、帽状期、钟状早期、钟状中期、钟状晚期的表达。结果 钙粘附分子在牙胚发育的不同时期均有表达 ,尤其在钟状中期的成釉细胞、成牙本质细胞染色强阳性。结论 钙粘附分子参与牙齿形态发生及细胞的分化 ,推测钙粘附分子与牙釉质、牙本质的发育、分泌。 Objective To study the expression of cadherins in different development stages of mouse tooth germ. Methods We performed immunohistochemical staining after preparing specimens of different stages of the first molar developing tooth germ in mice. Results The expression of cadherins was prominent in the inner enamel epithelium in bud, cap and bell stages. When the enamel and dentine matrices started developing, a strong staining reaction was evident in the ameloblasts and odontoblasts in mid time of bell stage. Conclusion Cadherins may play a role in tooth morphogenesis. The results suggest that cadherins may contribute to the development of enamel and dentine matrices and mineralization process.
