摘要
目的 建立下颌桩核基牙式全口覆盖义齿及支持组织的三维有限元模型 ,为研究这一义齿修复形式的生物力学特性和优化修复体设计奠定基础。方法 应用激光三维扫描测量技术和计算机辅助设计 ,建立下颌桩核基牙式全口覆盖义齿及支持组织的三维有限元模型。采用全口义齿患者最大牙合力均数 ,在义齿全牙列垂直加载。结果 建立了下颌桩核基牙式全口覆盖义齿及支持组织的三维有限元模型。结论 该模型在边界设定、加载方式、加载量方面更接近口内真实情况 。
Objective To establish a 3-dimensional finite element model (3-D FEM) of mandibular complete overdenture based on post-core abutment and its supporting tissues, and to lay foundation for studying biomechanical characteristics and optimizing design of this kind of prosthesis. Methods We used 3-dimensional scanning technique and computer-aided design, then loaded vertically on the whole dentition of the denture according to the mean occlusal force of complete denture. Results A 3-D FEM of mandibular complete overdenture based on post-core abutment and its supporting tissues was established. Conclusion The established model fits the actual intraoral situation in boundary setting, loading way and loading force. Therefore, it may be used for the stress distribution of mandibular complete overdenture based on post-core abutment and its supporting tissues.
