摘要
本文以32500/34300 DWT散货船为对象,采用三维有限元模型化处理进行了舱室甲板结构振动的性能研究,提出了计算模型的建立方法,并对其典型甲板进行了模态分析。通过激励分析和振动模态的比较,对结构进行改进以使其满足振动要求。叙述了目前工程上船舶舱室甲板结构设计振动控制的方法,为以后在减振措施研究方面,取得了有益的经验。
In this paper, the vibration prediction and control for the accdommodation deck structure of the 32500/34300 DWT bulk carrier are investigated with 3D finite element modeling. Then, the finite element modeling of the typical deck and the analyses of vibration modes are carried out. Through the comparison of exciting analysis and vibration mode, the hull structure is modified to satisfy the vibration requirement. The paper also presents the way used to reduce such vibration in designing the accommodation deck in project designing, which is a good reference for further study on vibration reduction.
