摘要
研究了单丝和复丝机织过滤介质对流体的阻力特性、透过度及其与滤材孔径和孔隙度的经验关系。结果表明,过滤介质对流体的阻力可以分为粘性阻力和惯性阻力两类;阻力的大小可以用阻力因子来反映;机织过滤介质阻力因子与雷诺数的关系为f=1.2393/N_(Re)+0.0098(单丝)和f=2.1024/N_(Re)+0.008947(复丝);透过度与介质的孔径、孔隙度的关系为B_F=60.09d_b^(0.152)ε_m^(0.324)(单丝)和B_F=5.11×10^(-5)d_b^(1.678)ε_m^(2.341)(复丝)。
The investigation has been conducted on characters of fluid -flow resistance, permeability and their regression equations related to aperture and porosity of monofilament/ multifilament filter media.Results show that the resistance of filter cloth to fluid-flow could be divided into viscose and inertial type,which is expressed with the resistance factor, f,the relations betweenf and Reynold number are f=1.2393/NRe+0.0098( Mono-filament) and/=2.1034/NRe+0.0089 (Multi-filament),and the relations between the permeability and aperture & porosity of woven
filter cloth are BF=60.09db-0.512εm-0.324 (Mono-filament) and BF=5,11×10-5db1.678εm2.341(Multi-filament).
