In both China and Japan,the study of Kawano Taeko is always focused on the theme of masochism and maternal escape,and this paper intends to explore the theme of her motherland behind the implicit women's emancipation.Embodied in“the theme of Sadomasochism”is the 60sfemale consciousness awakening,the pursuit of self liberation and the ideal life.The theme of Youjigari coincides with the theme of“anti-motherhood”in Japanese women's literature in the 1960s,which is the reflection of feminism in specific times.
