摘要
研究了在交变载荷的作用下 ,16Mn钢焊缝中疲劳微裂纹萌生的位置及形成过程。通过透射电子显微镜及扫描电镜对疲劳后的试样进行观察及仔细分析 ,发现疲劳微裂纹萌生的位置主要在第二相粒子与基体的界面处、疲劳过程中形成的亚晶界处 ;
In this paper, process and positions of the fatigue micro-crack in welded seam for 16Mn steel under alternate loads have been studied. By observing and analyzing a lot of the specimens after fatigue test through transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope, it have been found that the positions of the fatigue micro-crack are at the particle-matrix interface and subgrain boundary or grain boundary with carbides.
