摘要
体制的渐进式转型,客观上塑造了我国金融制度创新在金融创新中的主角地位。面对金融全球化趋势和我国加入WTO,及时转变金融创新模式,是促使金融效率金融监管与时俱进的重要选择。为此,金融制度创新的市场化和国际化是转变金融创新模式的关键所在。
The step-by-step transformation of our financial system objectively made our financial system innovation play a vital part in finance innovation.Considering the trend of financial global-ization and the reality of China’s entry into WTO,we need to make immediate changes in the fi-nance innovation mode so as to suit the financial efficiency and financial regulation to the require-ments of our times.Therefore,the very key for transforming the finance innovation mode lies in the marketization and globalization of financial system innovation.
