摘要 在21世纪,工业生产过程和设备随着新技术的开发而不断的发展。如何适应新的产品生产?如何满足不断变化的市场需求?如何才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地?高速和高效成为竞争的有利武器。那如何才能提高速度和效率呢?“工欲善其事,必先利其器"。一个好的软件工具必能开发出好的软件,好的软件必能提高生产效率。那么好的软件工具要求是什么?本文主要描述在工业过程测量和控制系统中的软件工具要求,也就是软件工具必须满足的标准。最后介绍了一种符合IEC61499的软件工具。 In the 21st century, industrial manufacturing processes and equipment will be changing frequently to takeadvantage of new technologies. How to adapt to new products? How to meet varying market requirements? How totriumph among intense competition? High-speed and high-efficiency become good weapon among competition.And then how to be able to improve speed and efficiency? 'If a workman wants to do his work well, he must firstsharpen his tools'. Good software tools can develop good software. Good software can improve production efficiency.And then what are good software tools requirements? The paper mainly describes software tools requirements forindustrial-process measurement and control system, namely software tools must meet certain standard. At last, itintroduces a software tool which corresponds to the standard-IEC 61499.
