摘要
本文简述了远程智能I/O系统(S400系统)技术和特点,及通讯协议、参数设定。并介绍了S400系统在轧钢生产中的应用,即用一根通讯电缆代替所有I/O电缆,I/O模板放置于CP4,与控制器通讯,完善了控制功能,满足了生产的要求。
The technology and feature of S400 system are described briefly, as well as the communication principleand parameter setting. And the application of S400 system in steel rolling production is also introduced in this paper.
