Review Credit Theory of Marx, Construct Our Country Enterprise Credit

马克思在《资本论》第三卷第五篇中对资本主义的信用及信用制度进行了研究,系统阐述了信用的起源、信用对资本主义生产的积极作用和消极影响。重温马克思的信用理论,反观当前我国企业信用的现状,以期对分析我国企业出现信用问题的成因有更为深刻的理解。在正视我国企业信用问题的同时,有的放矢地提出完善和建构我国企业信用制度体系的若干建议,则是当务之急。

Marx has studied about the credit of the capitalism and credit system in the fifth chapter of volume three of Das Kapital, and has systematically explained the origin of credit and credit positive roles and negative influences to capitalist production. We review Marxs credit theory, review the current situation of the present enterprises credit of our country, expect to analyse the cause that in our country enterprises appear credit problems, and thus have deep understanding. While facing enterprises credit problem of our country, we propose several suggestions to perfect and construct enterprises credit system of our country with a definite target in view. It is the task of top priority. 
