摘要
《管子》一书对中国法制思想的建设具有突出的贡献,主要体现在三个方面:一是对于法的基本内涵理论上的廓清;二是在国家管理过程中讲求以法辅礼、礼法一体;三是主张对法的运用要讲求适度。
Guanzi has an outstanding contribution to Chinese legal system thought, which contains three sides: first,it is the expurgation to the basic intension theory of law; secondly, it stresses to assist courtesy with law, then courtesy and law are integrative in the course of nation administration; lastly, it stresses the appropriateness in the application of law.
