关于增设沉默权制度的法律思考

On Making the Right of Keeping Silent a New Regulation of Law

本文对我国刑事诉讼法中尚未得到确认的沉默权进行探索 ,文章结合沉默权含义及国外法律对沉默权的规定 ,提出了我国法律应尽快确立沉默权的必要性。

The article is about right of keeping silent,which has not been established in the Criminal Law of our country.Combined with the denotation of the right of keeping silent and the regulations of it in foreign countries,this article puts forward that it should be necessary to make the right of keeping silent a new regulation of law in our country.
