摘要
建立了精镗孔挤压液膜系统的多自由度振动仿真模型,试验表明,该仿真模型有很高的精度和可靠性。利用该模型可直接获得最优参数,从而为指导现场加工提供有效的途径。
A multi-freedom vibration simulation model of squeezing-liquid-film system is set up in the process of precise borehole. The experimentation indicates: The simulation model has high precision and reliability. With this simulation model, the best parameters can be acquired directly and then an effective approach is provided for the locale process.
