摘要
分析了连续染色中,如皱条、左右和边中色差、染斑、色变、大小样色差等常见问题产生的原因,提出了要控制好染色质量,必须抓好实验室工作,加强管理,改进设备等措施。
Reasons for problems arising in continuous dyeing are analyzed,such as creak streak,side to side color difference,dyeing speck,color chenge,color difference between sample and production,and so on.Measures to solve them are put forward,that is,controlling dyeing quality,paying attention to lab work,strengthening management and improving machines.
