AquaTex(水刺射流喷网)是在高压下,通过喷射孔将连续水流高速喷击处理织物,使纱线松散,纤维缠结,从而提高织物的厚度、密度及耐磨性、手感等。文中分析了AquaTex的原理、技术设备、加工效果以及在生产中的具体应用。AquaTex技术具有生态性、节约原料、简化工艺等优点。

AquaTex technique is defined as continuously spraying water at high speed to the fabric under high pressure via jet holes,so yarns are loosen and fibers are tangled,density,thickness,handle as well as abrasion resistance are improved.This paper details the principle,technical equipment,processing effect and practical applications of the AquaTex technique.This new technique features environment friendly,raw material reduction and shortened process.
