Anti-radicals Activity by V_C in Luminol-H_2O_2-CuSO_4 System

采用鲁米诺 H2 O2 CuSO4化学发光体系 ,测定了 2种不同厂家生产的维生素C的抗自由基活性 ,比较了 2种维生素C针剂的自由基清除率 .结果表明 ,该体系可以用于抗自由基活性检测 。

V C produced by two different factories are selected.The scavengering effects on free radicals of these parts are detected by the chemiluminescene method of luminol-H 2O 2-CuSO 4.The eliminated rates of free radicals are compared by different V C. It is shown that the system of luminol-H 2O 2-CuSO 4 can be used to detect anti-free radical activity. This method is very simple and rapid.
