The history,meaning,standard,mechanisms of crease resist finishing for cotton fabric and the development of crease resist agents,such as dialdehyde,aldehyde-amine condensation resin,polyurethane,bishydroxyethylsulfone,silicone,chitosan,epoxy resin and polycarboxylic acid were discussed.
