针对陆良彩色沙林旅游开发现状及存在的问题 ,总结旅游发展的经验教训 ,提出了彩色沙林作为旅游景区开发并不存在着开发与保护不可调解矛盾的观点 ,建议加强对彩色沙林的科学价值与科学意义、科普意义的研究 ,以提升陆良彩色沙林旅游产品的科学含量和科学品位 ,为保护提供科学依据 ;建议扩大彩色沙林景区范围 ,使其与周边地区形成资源互补、功能互补的态势 ;建议加强研究和规范建设 ,提升景区列级水平 ,促进知名度的扩展 ;建议加强旅游宣传促销 ,使空间拓展与市场拓展同步发展。促进彩色沙林旅游发展 ,并以此为龙头景区促进曲靖和滇东北的旅游发展。

Considering the present situation and the problems of tourism in the colored sand forest in Luliang, this article sums up the experiences and lessons in tourism development in there. Proposing an idea that it is not an un reconcile contradictory about the tourism development and protection. There are some proposals for accelerating the tourism of the colored sand forest. Strengthen the research of scientific value and sense of it to advance its scientific knowledge class. Supply some foundation of protection and enlarge the scope of the service supplement each other. Strengthen the research and standard construction to lift the rank and popularity of the colored sand forest. Increase the propaganda and promote the market to make the colored sand forest be the most important scenic spot in Qujing or even in Northeast Yunnan.
