摘要
研究了镁合金中高含量硅 (质量分数为 0 2 %~ 2 0 % )测定的各种影响因素 ,对原国家标准分析方法 (测定范围 :0 0 0 5 %~ 0 15 % )中不符合测定高含量硅的各种条件 (称样量、饱和溴水加入量、氟化物的用量等 )进行了重新试验 ,最后拟定了镁合金中高含量硅的分析方法。经对镁合金标样进行分析 ,证明该方法精密度和准确度均较高 ,相对标准偏差在0 77%~ 2 2 6%之间 。
In this paper,all kinds of influences on the analysis of high content silicon in magnesium alloys were studied The conditions out of accord with the determination of high content silicon in the national standard method for the determination of low content silicon were retested,and a method for determination of high content silicon was found Through the determination of silicon in reference materials of magnesium alloys,it was proved that the precision and accuracy of the method are good The relative standard deviation is 0 77%-2 26%,and the average of determination results is consistent with that determined by other laboratories
