摘要
采用ICP -AES法测定了金属镍中 10种杂质元素 ,并对样品溶解方法 ,基体及共存元素的影响等进行了研究。基体镍的影响采用扣除背景的方法加以校正 ,主要杂质钴和铁对其他元素的测定无干扰。建立的分析方法简便、快速 ,加标回收率从Mg到Al为 86%~ 10 4% ,相对标准偏差除Cd外 ,从Mn到Si为 0 96%~ 8 70 %。
A method for the determination of ten impurities in nickel by ICP-AES has been proposed The factors such as preparation of sample solutions,interference of matrix and co existing elements have been investigated The influence of matrix nickel is corrected with deducting the background Main impurities cobalt and iron are found not to interfere in determination of other elements The established method is convenient,rapid The recoveries are 86%-104% for Mg to Al,and RSD are 0 96%-8 70% for Mn to Si except Cd
