摘要 综述了硫化物纳米管的发现、结构和独特的性质,对硫化物纳米管的制备方法进行了详细地说明,包括化学汽相沉积法、模板法、电子辐射法、等离子体法、催化法等,介绍了硫化物纳米管作为原子力显微镜的扫描探针针尖和在物理、化学、材料、储能等方面的应用以及对MS2纳米管的组成、结构、形貌进行分析检测的方法——HRTEM,TEM,SEM,ED,XRD,EDS,AFM,光学吸收光谱,喇曼光谱。 The discovery,structures and distinctive properties of disulfide nanotubes were re-viewed,several preparation methods were introduced in details,including chemical vapor deposi-tion,template synthesis,electron irradiation,plasma s ynthesis,catalytic method etc.We dis-cussed WS 2 nanotubes as tip in scanning microscopy and its application in the field of physics,chemistry,material and energy storage,and also the analytic methods f or MS 2 nanotube of the composing,structure and shape-HRTEM,TEM,SEM,ED,XRD,ED S,AFM,optical absorption spectra and Raman spectra were given.
