金属配合物对双氧水分解速率及漂白速率的影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究自制的金属配合物在棉织物双氧水漂白过程中,硅酸钠加入的不同方式、不同漂白温度对双氧水分解速率以及棉织物漂白速率的影响,并计算未加金属配合物低温漂白工艺及加金属配合物低温漂白工艺中双氧水分解速率常数以及半衰期。结果表明,70℃低温漂白,金属配合物/双氧水体系双氧水分解速率常数增加,半衰期减小。金属配合物在双氧水漂白过程中能够催化双氧水有效分解,显著提高棉织物的漂白速率,可实现低温漂白。 The effects of sodium silicate added in different way, bleaching at different temperatures on hydrogen peroxide decomposition rate and the bleaching rate of cotton fabric was investigated in the cotton fabrics hydrogen peroxide bleaching process with self-made metal complexes. Hydrogen peroxide decomposition rate constants and half-life were calculated in low temperature bleaching with metal complex and without metal complex. The results showed that hydrogen peroxide decomposition rate constant of metal complex/hydrogen peroxide system increased and the halflife reduced in low temperature bleaching at 70 ℃. Metal complexes could catalyze the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide effectively in hydrogen peroxide bleaching process and the rate of bleaching of cotton fabrics increased significantly, so it could achieve low temperature bleaching.
