摘要
研究了聚醚磷酸酯两性表面活性剂对涤纶织物和锦纶织物的抗静电整理,结合阴离子抗静电剂P和阳离子抗静电剂SN整理,分析了抗静电整理效果及对织物性能的影响。结果表明,所制备的聚醚磷酸酯两性表面活性剂具有良好的抗静电性能,对产生正或负电荷织物均具有良好的抗静电效果;整理后的织物物性、耐水洗性、亲水性均良好,织物不泛黄。
Antistatic finishing of polyester and nylon fabrics by the amphoteric surfactant of phosphate has been studied. With anionic antistatic agent P and cationic antistatic agent SN comparison, antistatic finishing and effects on the property of the fabric have been analyzed. The results demonstrated that the phosphate amphoteric surfactant showed excellent antistatic property on both fabrics that could induce positive or negative charge. The treated fabric kept good physical property, water resistance and hydrophilicity without yellowing.
