摘要 4.2世界各国食品机构分析结果 FAO/WHO专门委员会认定,以瑞典食品局和各国食品机构检测的数据均是可以信赖的.2002年6月,在FAO/WHO专门委员会报告书中,公布瑞典,挪威,瑞士,英国,美国5个国家对各种油脂食品中丙烯酰胺检测结果(表3).
