摘要  通过热力学计算和析出物形貌观察表明,析出物对铸坯晶粒的生长起到一定的限制作用。6道次连轧模拟计算结果与观察结果吻合较好,同时也表明,再结晶是组织细化的主要原因。各种强化方式定量计算的结果表明,细晶强化是主要的强化方式,沉淀强化和位错强化次之,且它们对屈服强度的贡献相近。 By thermodynamics analysis and precipitates observation, it is concluded that the grain growth in continuous cast thin slab is restrained due to precipitation The simulation results are reasonably in good agreement with experimental observation, which also showed that recrystallization is the main reason for microstructure refinement Refinement strengthening is the primary strengthening mode Precipitation strengthening and dislocation strengthening are second to it, their contributions to yield strength are almost equal
