摘要
以建龙公司炼钢厂采用的HRC高效蓄热式钢包烘烤为实例,介绍了该设备的原理,系统组成及其应用。并通过对实测数据的分析得出HRC高效蓄热钢包烘烤器具有高效、节能、快速、环保的优点。说明该设备在钢铁厂具有极高的推广价值。
TThe paper introduces the principle and components of HRC baking bundle as well as the application of the equipment at the steelmaking plant of Jianlong Iron and Steel Company. It is experimentally demonstrated that the HRC baking bundle is of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental friendly, implying that the equipment has a great commercial potential for steel makers.
