摘要
CSP工艺生产铌微合金化钢出现严重的混晶现象是我国目前已投产的几条CSP机组的普遍问题。通过对包钢CSP工艺生产的铌微合金钢的组织研究发现,铌提高钢的再结晶温度,如果在奥氏体部分再结晶温度区变形将导致原始奥氏体组织混晶,从而导致钢带的组织不均匀性。适当调节钢的铌含量和变形工艺条件,避免在奥氏体部分再结晶区域变形是解决钢带混晶问题的关键,目前在包钢已可生产铌含量小于0.030%的铌微合金钢。
There is a serious mixedgrain phenomena in the Nb microalloyed strips produced by CSP processing. Effects of Nb on microstructure of strip had been investigated, it is found that Nb heightens recrystallization temperature, takes the deformation into the partial recrystallization region,and then leads to the unhomogeneous microstructures in the strip.Adjusting Nb content and deformation processing parameters should be the most effective methods of eliminating mixedgrain in the strip.To date,0.030 % Nb microalloyed strips can be produced commercially by CSP in Baotou Iron and Steel Company.
