摘要
研究了表面官能团对粉末超级电容器活性炭电极材料漏电电流、电容贮存性和稳定性的影响。结果表明 :羧基浓度越高 ,电极材料漏电电流越大 ,贮存性越差 ;羧基浓度越高 ,材料静态电位越高 ,氧析出反应可能性越大 ,电极越不稳定。活性炭电极材料经保护气氛下的中温热处理能够部分消除表面含氧官能团 ,降低表面官能团和羧基相对浓度 ,从而减少漏电电流 ,提高电极稳定性。
The effects of surface functional groups of the carbon surface on the apparent l eakage current, self-discharge and stability of the carbon electrode of superc apacitor were i nvestigated. The lower concentration of carboxylic groups resulted in the lower a pparent leakage current and the shorter charge storage life.It also resulted in t he higher rest potential of activated carbon, higher possibility of O2 evoluti on, and unstability of the electrode. By heat treatment under the protection of N2, the surface functional groups of the activated carbon electrode material could partly be eliminated and the concentration of carboxylic group was droppe d,so the leakage current could be reduced and the stability of the activated ca rbon electrode could be improved.
