摘要
针对轻质高品位二氧化锰原矿采用焙烧—浸出—氧化进行改性活化处理,生产电池用活性二氧化锰去极化剂的工艺中产品的重质化工艺及机理进行了探讨,得出控制溶液中析出的结晶体(MnO2)的浓度,有利于产品的结构向致密化方向发展,使产品的堆积密度得到较大提高的结论。
The mechanism of compacting sample were researched in the process of act ivating natural manganese dioxide by roasting,lixiviating and oxidizing. It was concluded that the structure of sample was compacted and the tap density of samp le was improved by controlling the consistency of MnO2 in the solutions.
