摘要
分析了高校科研经费管理现状及存在的问题 ,在此基础上就如何加强经费管理、提高科研投资效益进行了较为详细的论述 ,指出了重视科研产出 。
This article analyzes the current situation of the outlay management of institutions of higher learning and some existing problems. In accordance with these problems, it also expounds how to reinforce the outlay management and increase the investment benefits for scientific research in detail. It lays too much stress on the scientific research output and raises the importance of investment benefits for scientific research.
