自组装巯基环肽单层膜修饰金电极电化学行为的研究 被引量:5

摘要 应用循环伏安及交流阻抗技术研究了巯基环肽自组装单层膜修饰金电极的电化学行为 ,证明了巯基环肽分子能够在金表面形成一定覆盖度的吸附层 ,同时考察了金 /巯基环肽自组装单层膜电极在不同 pH值的KCl溶液中的电化学行为 .为深入研究巯基环肽的膜结构及性质打下了必要的基础 . Self-assembled monolayer of cyclic peptide which is formed on Au substrate are investigated by the cyclic voltammograms(CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results show that cyclic peptides molecules can deposit on gold surface, but the molecular ordering degree of cyclic peptide monolayer is very small,that this due to the complexity of cyclic peptides molecules.The effect of pH value of the system on the self-assembled monolayer is investigated.
