研究了不同固定离析时间对洋葱、蚕豆、大蒜根尖细胞分裂制片的效果 .结果表明 ,固定离析根尖15～ 2 0min ,细胞分散均匀 ,染色体的个体形态清楚 ,且染色体未被破坏 ,制片效果好 .

Studying the effect of cell division production of onion, horsebean and garlic rootage in different fixation and isolation time.The results show after fixuping and isolating the rootage for 15～20?min, the cell separate equably, the unity shape of chromosome is very clear, the chromosome isn't destroyed and the effect of production is good.
