摘要
复合棒型换能器前面的变截面组件在工作时常伴有弯曲振动现象,这在一定程度上会影响换能器的工作性能;利用复合棒型换能器的纵向振动基频与前辐射头弯曲振动的恰当耦合,可展宽换能器的频带。本文用有限元法,研究了前辐射头在声换能器组成中的弯曲振动问题,与测试结果相吻合。
Variable cross-sectional component bar, in front of a compound bar transducer, always lead to the appearance of nexural vibration at working, in addition to the expected longitudinal vibration. To a certain extent, this may impair the working performance of the transducer; But the bandwidth of the compound bar transducer may be improved by mode coupling between the longitudinal mode and flexural mode of the head. Investigating clearly characteristics of flexural vibration parallel to the axis of variable cross-section bar, has a important significance for acoustic transducer designing. In this paper, the flexural vibrating of a horn in compound bar transducer is investigated by using finite element methods, the calculating results are in good agreement with experiments.
