摘要
催化主风机组是催化裂化装置的心脏设备 ,它的安全运转是催化裂化装置安全生产的必要前提。在深入研究催化主风机组的PLC自保联锁保护系统基础上 ,完成了三菱可编程控制器系统改造 ,对程序进行了重新设计、编制和测试 ,并将整个程序分为正常启动程序、主风机自动操作程序、主风机低流量程序、跳闸程序和正常停车程序。详细分析了自保联锁程序的运行过程。该系统能有效保证催化裂化装置的安全生产 。
Air Compressor is the heart equipment of FCC.The safety running of it is the necessary base of safety production of FCC.On the basis of further study of Auto Protection and Emergency Shutdown System of PLC,We fulfill replacing the former system with MITSUBISHI PLC,and finish redesigning,programming and testing.We divide the whole program into Normal Startup Sequence,Auto Operation Sequence,Low Air Flow Sequence,Trip Sequence and Normal Shutdown Sequence and analyze the running process of the Auto Protection and Emergency Shutdown System in detail.This system efficiently guarantees the safety production of FCC and is of great applicable value in practice.
