摘要
介绍了一种新颖的大曲率传感器原理、设计及相关的试验研究。将光纤光栅应用于大曲率检测,光纤光栅采用预压应变封装在一种细径基材上,解决了光纤光栅大曲率测量中拉压不均衡问题。通过调整光纤的机械性能与光学性能,扩大了该类传感器的曲率测量范围。基于光谱分析仪器的波长分辨率0 06nm,曲率分辨率为±0 0845m-1,测量范围可大于±11m-1,理论上可达到±18m-1.
A novel design on FBG sensor for detection of large curvature is proposed.FBG sensor with prestrain is mounted on a slim cylindrical substrate to deal with the limitation caused by unbalanced mechanical property of the optical fiber.Based on the wavelength resolution of the optical spectrum analyzer(006 nm),the sensors curvature resolution is ±0084 5 m-1.Curvature large than ±11 m-1(with the maximum curvature±18 m-1theoretically)can be detected using this kind of sensor.
