摘要
电磁驱动式微拉伸装置是评价微构件材料力学性能的有力工具,其中数据的采集、处理和分析是得到材料性能的重要过程。通过A/D采集板(ZTPCI8310)将电流、电压信号传入计算机,然后利用LabView软件中的虚拟仪器模块对逐次采集的信号进行计算,按照预先设定的方案直接自动得到各种曲线和性能参数,如:杨氏模量、抗拉强度等。论述了虚拟仪器Labview采集、处理分析数据的原理及方法。
Magnetcoil force actuator for microtensile test device is a powerful technique for evaluation of microstructures mechanical properties.To get material performance parameters,its datas acqusition,processing and analysis are very necessary.Through A/D sampling card (ZTPCI8310) current and voltage signals are inputted into computer,with the aid of virtual Instrument LabView software and program compiled in advance data are processed and displacementload curve,performance parameters,such as Young modulus,Tensile sterength,can be showed on the virtual oscillograph.The principle of datas acqusition,processing and analysis are described in detail.
