Presents dual axis MEMS accelerometer with digital outputADXL202.The principle of ADXL202,is analysised the design procedure and key points in application are introduced.The fresh practical way of calibration and method of digital output decoding are described.An application in experience of nonlinear oil film force measurement is revealed.It is proved that ADXL202 fit the measure that frequency change slowly.acceleration not too large.
