介绍了一种新型的加速度传感器ADXL202。具体分析了该传感器的工作原理,讨论了提高测量精度的应用要点。介绍了一种实用的参数标定的方法以及加速度计设计中的参数计算方法,并给出了在非线性油膜力试验中具体应用的实例。实践证明ADXL202非常适合于频率变化较为缓慢、加速度不太大的测量。
Presents dual axis MEMS accelerometer with digital outputADXL202.The principle of ADXL202,is analysised the design procedure and key points in application are introduced.The fresh practical way of calibration and method of digital output decoding are described.An application in experience of nonlinear oil film force measurement is revealed.It is proved that ADXL202 fit the measure that frequency change slowly.acceleration not too large.
