摘要
主要讨论了基于有限元方法计算大高宽比微型齿轮强度的方法。该方法从微型机械的实际应用出发 ,在建立微型齿轮三维实体造型的基础上 ,确定了计算所需的边界条件和网格划分 ,应用有限元分析软件对大高宽比微型齿轮的齿根弯曲强度进行分析 。
The paper researches the finite element method of strength analysis of micro-gear with large ratio between height and width. From the practical using of micro-machine, based on establishing the micro-gear's three dimension model, the boundary condition and mesh dividing are completed. The tooth root stress of micro-gear is processed with the software of the finite element analysis. It is helpful for micro-gear designing.
