摘要
阐述了一种新型循环定位装置的结构形式及工作原理 ,对运动过程作了详尽的分析 ,并通过仿真证明了正常情况下只有一对轮齿与滚轮啮合 ,为轮齿的强度校核提供了有效的依据。建立了推送链的位移、速度、加速度与链轮转角之间的关系曲线 ;并通过控制实际与理论运动轨迹之差来提高链条运动的平稳性 。
Structure and principle of operation on a new cycle locating device were introduced in this paper. Moving process was analyses in detail. Through emulating, it was proved that only a couple of gear tooth and roller could contact under normal condition. This research provided feasible basis for gear tooth's strength verification. And relationship, between displacement, velocity and acceleration of thrust chain and sprocket turning angle was founded. Through controlling difference of actual and theoretical moving trace, chain moving stable ability was improved and thus demonstrated the potential for being developed.
