The AutoCAD Graphic Check for the Applicablity of Preshaving Hob

介绍一种在AutoCAD平台上运行的AutoLISP程序 ,能使用AutoCAD命令 ,将剃前滚刀参数和被加工齿轮参数 ,用精确图解法绘制模拟齿轮滚切过程的齿形图 ,来校验齿形的根切点、根切量 ,以及齿顶倒角量和位置等参数 ,以判断该剃前滚刀的适用性 。

For given preshaving hob and the gear to be cut, the cutting process can be simulated with the help of the autolisp program presented in this paper. From the diagram displayed on the computer, the position and the amount of both the under cutting and the tooth tip chamfering can be seen clearly. Therefor, it is known if the given hob is applicable for the given gear or if it is necessary to adjust the cutting set.
