摘要 提出了利用图象处理技术对CO2 空心传能光纤进行内外径测量的方法。该方法将光纤的横截面图象放大 ,采集进入计算机 ,进行图象处理 ,从而得出光纤内外径的数值。可以避免人为误差 ,所以准确性高 ,能够很好地解决空心传能光纤的内外径的准确测量问题。 A method of geometric measurement of CO 2 hollow optical fiber using image processing techniques is presented. One end face of optical fiber is observed with a microscope utilizing transmitted light illumination, then the picture is sent to the computer. The image is processed with a software which tracks and locates the outer and core boundaries, and calculates the value of the outer and core diameters of optical fiber. The method avoids errors due to the operator, so the accuracy is high.
