摘要
文章介绍了一种先进的智能化原油含水率分析仪的体系结构和测量原理 ,该仪器采用 80C196单片机控制 ,能自动地获取、处理和计算来自测量现场的数据 ,输入和标定测量参数 ,显示和打印测量结果 ,可在线精确测量原油含水率、温度、压力、流量、油量等 ,并具有温度、压力和含水率越限报警功能。
A kind of advanced intelligent analyzer to the rate of water in petroleum and the details about its construction and measurement principle will be described in this text. Its center controller is 80C196 single chip microcomputer, it can access data from spots and calculate them, input and calibrate parameters, display and print measurement results automatically. The analyzer can on-line measure the water-rate in petroleum, temperature, pressure, flow, and the amount of oil, and a alarm will be given when over- temperature and over- pressure happen as well as the water-rate is over its limited value.
