摘要
在现有某钢铁公司热轧板厂基础自动化的基础上 ,设计开发了一套基于RS485总线网络分布式热轧机组轧制过程质量监视与设备故障诊断系统。利用该系统 ,有效地解决了热轧板厂各分散测点集中管理的关键技术问题。该测试系统既实现集中化 ,同时又实现了开放化和网络化。
On current basic automatic system of hot strip plant, a new quality monitoring and equipment diagnosis system based on RS485 field bus network of rolling process is designed and developed. The key technology problem of distributed test of the hot strip is effectively solved by central management. The test system not only implement the test centralization but also the test opening and network.
